I’m trying to loose weight since the end of last year now but it gets harder every month and now I reached a point where the progress has stopped.
I’m stuck and I have to do something to boost my system.
I considered some diets but I haven’t decided for one yet.
But there has to be something to start the Weightloss again. My goal is still many kilos away ^^
But with confidence I will reach it. If I stay confident and focused I can keep on loosing weight and reach my goal.
