Today was our first day of the Atkinsdiet and we originally planned to fast to make it easier for our body to work without carbohydrates but fasting is so hard.
We were so hungry that we de idea to eat as little as much and that works surprisingly well.
We ate a little bowl of soup and I ate some outage cheese.
For dinner we will be having a small serving of beef with broccoli and Chinese seasoning.
I wonder how good I can take the “no cards eating” the ne t few days 😁
