The Atkins Diet

From monday onwards I’m going to do the Atkins diet for two weeks.

As my weightless has stopped even with workout and less eating my boyfriend and me decided to boost our system with a little diet.

As the Atkins diet forbids carbohydrates averting that has more than 10% of them is forbidden.

So no bread, rice, potatoes, sweets and fruit for 14 days….

I’m  so going to kiss my grapes and ham-cheese-sandwich…  😂

But the good thing that we’ll get the change to boost our systems and start loosing weight again.

And there are many many yummy things you can eat while doing an Atkins diet so we won’t be starving ^^
