Tod was the fourth day and I felt very good. I’m realising than I have less hunger. I feel full longer even though I eat less than before.
But I have problems getting enough calories.
I don’t want to starve, just eat less so that I’m loosing weight but sine I changed my eating I feel less hungry.
And when I’m not hungry I do not want to eat…
Have some of you experienced this too, whether on a diet or not?
What do you do then? Force yourself to eat or let it be?
