So today is my weight and measure day. I do it every two month to keep track of my weightless process. So far I lost six centimeters at the belly, four at my thought and four kilos since January the 8th.
I’m very proud of myself. Although I’d like to lose much more in a shorter time I know that this would be unhealthy. If I lose my weight slowly the change to hold it longer is far better.
So yeah, my eating habits changes and the sport is really helping me in loosing weight and I feel much better 🙂
